The other day I made a pretty tasty curry rice, although I slightly undercooked it. I did up adding more water, and that gave it a better texture. I do however prefer it when it cooks perfectly to begin with. I also made a little too much. It was nice to have some leftovers to work with. Works wonderfully added to other dishes, especially when in a pinch. I made 2 cups, and 1 cup would have been sufficient. I also added some stir fried veggies to the mix, anything really that you have available tastes delicious in it. Personally if I had had some raisins I would have topped mine with some. I enjoy a little sweetness in my meals. It's great on it's own. If you're a meat eater, you could even through that in.
